Begining of February in 2010, CLEO embarked on a series of monthly staff training sessions. For our fist training CLEO invited Charles O'Connon, former memeber of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power as a guest speaker to conduct a seminar on small business energy efficiency and audits. Jack Solis and Kenneth Lau from Southern California Edison also attended the inaugural sessions..

The training covered various types of small business and their equipment and facility use. It also discussed how important an energy audit is for small buisness owner who are desperate to lower their bills in this though economy.
