Welcome to CLEO- Community Language Efficiency Outreach

CLEO empowers customers with information about utility programs, rebates and energy knowledge for real power savings. CLEO provides in-language energy efficiency outreach to the community by providing no-cost energy saving seminars and in-home energy surveys to the Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Hispanic, Indian and African-American communities. These programs discuss simple energy efficiency strategies and provide information on SCE and SoCalGas’ residential rebates and income-qualified programs.

The CLEO program has been empowering Southern California consumers with ‘Energy Knowledge for Real Power’ savings for over a decade.
